Award-winning director JB Carlin first made his mark directing Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow’s infamous “Picture” music video where it broke records and won numerous awards and accolades. He went on to collaborate on several more music videos with Kid Rock before flourishing in the advertising world.

His breakthrough campaign for TNT Network’s “Frozen Moments” featured groundbreaking effects and starred high-profile actors Alfred Molina, Jada Pinkett Smith, Ving Rhames, Regina King, Kyra Sedgwick, Timothy Hutton, Jason Lee, and more. The campaign went on to win numerous awards and began a long-time collaboration with the Turner Network directing dozens of campaigns for TNT and tbs through his company, The Inhabitants.

JB has since gone on to direct hundreds of global advertising campaigns for top brands like Nike, Jeep, General Motors, UPS, Alfa Romeo, Champion, US Navy, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Lincoln, Hyatt, American Family Insurance, Partnership For A Drug-Free America, to name a few. He has gone on to direct highly-acclaimed talent such as Morgan Freeman, George Lopez, Ray Romano, Cindy Crawford, Simon Baker, Andy Dick, Ben McKenzie, Alan Thicke, Bob Seger, Eminem, and many more.

JB has also written and developed numerous TV series and feature films. Most recently, he created a series with producer, Jeff G. Waxman, called, The Forest, which sold to USA Network, UCP, and Ryan Reynolds company, Dark Trick. JB lives in the Pacific Palisades, CA with his wife Laura and their two kids, Finn (7) and Hadley (5).


Jeff has produced nearly thirty feature films in the last twenty years including John Wick II and III, Vice, The Fighter, Law Abiding Citizen, to name a few. He has worked with some of Hollywood’s most revered talent, including actors Anthony Hopkins, Julia Roberts, Christian Bale, Mark Wahlberg, Jennifer Lawrence, Reese Witherspoon, Javier Bardem, Laurence Fishburne, Jamie Foxx, Woody Harrelson, Willem Dafoe, Keanu Reeves, Michael Shannon, Amy Adams, Casey Affleck, Idris Alba, Common, Christopher Walken, Forest Whitaker, Steve Carell, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Gerard Butler, Mickey Rourke, and directors such as Sydney Lumet, Darren Aronofsky, David O. Russell, Michael Mann, Adam McKay, Tony Kaye, Taylor Hackford, Scott Cooper, Chad Stahelski, and Tarsem Singh.

Prior to producing, Waxman worked as a production executive at several production companies including Cabin Fever and Cutting Edge.

Scott MacLeod was born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Monterey, California. He studied acting at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at The University of California at Irvine. Scott began his career at the world-famous Hollywood Improv comedy club as the showroom manager in the late 90s. Recently, Scott executive produced the award-winning sci-fi feature film WARNING, starring Annabelle Wallis, Alice Eve, Kylie Bunbury, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Thomas Jane, and Alex Pettyfer. The film was repped by The Exchange and was released by Lionsgate. Currently, he produced the feature film drama MENDING THE LINE, starring Brian Cox, Sinqua Walls, Perry Mattfeld, Patricia Heaton, Chris Galust, and Wes Studi. XYZ Films is handling sales and the film will have its world premiere later this year. Scott is a U.S. Army Veteran and lives in Northern California with his wife of 20 years and three beautiful children.


A producer based in Los Angeles. Donna has produced throughout the U.S., abroad and traveled between Los Angeles and her hometown Chicago – happily avoiding most of the Midwestern winters. She has produced for production companies such as Anonymous Content, Backyard, Caviar, Frame Store, Hungryman, Moxie Pictures, Netflix, Raucous Content, Skunk, Superprime, Tool of North America , Uber Content, to name a few.

Although commercials are her medium of choice, she has also produced award winning title openings and promos. One of her greatest strengths as a producer is on-set liaison between agency and director to ensure everyone is creatively in sync and that we “make the day”.

One of her favorite parts of the production, however, is the collaborative process that begins even before the job is awarded. Building a team and bringing the creative vision to life through the reality of the budget. The research that goes into properly budgeting this creative vision is extensive and the relationships she’s forged throughout her career are invaluable to this end.
